It's been a wonderful start to the holiday season here at Casa Lucia in Granada, Nicaragua. Not only did we welcome a new Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Katrin Gromova from Russia, we had a visiting Panamanian guest teacher Halima Cuadra stay with us during the Central American Yoga Congress which was held in the first week of November. The event attracted hundreds of yogis to the beautiful colonial city of Granada, and many guets came to stay with us to participate in classes and workshops organized for Yoga teachers and students from Central American countries.
